CTL Voice Mail Systems

Momentum CTL A truly unique development...  A diskless Voice Processing system with the features of a PC based system at an affordable price. 2 ports/3 hours, expandable to 4 ports/3 hours From 5 to 50 users The Model 1 is a step up from the Momentum.  It offers Bilingual voice prompts, twice the number of mailboxes, 130 hours of storage and more features. 2 ports to 4 ports/130 hours From 10 to 100 users The Model 6 is our most popular system.  It integrates with virtually any telephone system.  It offers Integrated Desktop Messaging, Fax Server, Fax-On-Demand/Fax Mail and AMIS Networking. 2-24 ports/130-270 hours From 20 to 1000 users

Panasonic Voice Mail System

KX-TVS50 Panasonic 2 port 2 hour solid state voice mail. This brand new model has 32 mailboxes and is also an auto attendant. The pricing offers a breakthrough for voice mail and allows even the smallest business on a tight budget to afford a state of the art voice mail auto attendant.

MiniMail System

MM100 One port one hour voice mail with 9 mailboxes. MM100 is compatible with most phone systems that support at least one analog port. If you can light a message waiting lamp FROM a single line phone, we can get the MM100 to do it. If your systems integrates to voice mail through in band signalling or follow on ID, MM100 should work well. MM100 can tranfer to one extension but not to each and every extension. MM100 answers on the first ring so we would like the system to support delay ringing and day/night ringing. The main greeting can be up to two minutes; each mailbox greeting can be up to 30 seconds. MM100 will work on a plain phone line. It answers on the first ring and has no on/off switch. We have integration sheets for Panasonic KX-TA624 and KX-TD systems.

On Hold System
